ERRO AO IMPORTAR O TXT PROVISÓRIO

Baixei o arquivo provisório TXT referente a Janeiro/2016 e quando da importação no SIA esta dando a mensagem de erro abaixo mencionada:

Boa tarde,

Utilize sempre o TXT Provisório Local. Gere seu próprio TXT que deve resolver seu problema, não se esqueça de baixar o arquivo TerceiroBrasil do seu estado zerar a pasta onde vai gerar os Txts.

tbm estou com o mesmo erro (anexo), porem por problemas internos nao estou
conseguindo gerar o TXT local.
quero saber qual providencia tomar?

Regularize os seus problemas internos do seu CNES Local e gere os TXT provisórios dele. Ou aguarde o TXT Definitivo, quando sair.

Tambem estou tendo o mesmo problema. Com certeza foi algum erro de processamento no CNES. Mas a dica de gerar os TXTs diretamente da base local resolve o problema.
