Fui instalar o Cnes (ultima versão completa) no windows 8 e não foi possível.
Alguem sabe se tem que configurar algum detalhe?

Talvez arquivo CNES Installer que você usa são vírus terinject, por isso não pode ser usado após o processo de instalação estiver concluída
